Why do you think having routines can make life more organized and less stressful?

It was when I entered university that I thought I should make a life routine. I didn't need a routine until high school. Korean high school students study hard every day to enter better universities and to choose better majors. Of course I worked really hard, too. My routine at that time was to study hard. In university, I could have a lot of freedom of choice. I plan my life every 10 years and make it. My routine now is also the process of making me in 10 years. What really matters in a day's life is not busy. Nothing much changes just although I don't do it right now, and nothing seems to change much just although I do it right now too. Only time will tell the result of keeping my routine. I make myself by dividing my routine into one-day routine, one-month routine, and one-year routine. And I don't get stress because I know how much my appearance has changed after that time. And because I know it's all the way for me.
