There isn't a rule that how much rate is the proper payment for living together between marriage couples. Men have ability of making money and strong physical. Woman's brain system is complicated and emotional. They want to be loved from their partner by receiving material things. Man have to sacrifice to their partner materially if it possible.

There is a funny expression that I heard from a celebrity couple. 
According to the woman, her husband's money is hers as well. While her money is ONLY her money and her husband has nothing to do with it. What do you think of that?
