In Korean's law, there is a limitation for punishing kids. If kid who is under thriteen years old commits crime, it is no guilty. However, I beileve that thriteen years old is too high enough. Limitation should be decreased.

>> According to Korean law, there is a limitation on punishing children.

If kid who is under thriteen years old commits crime, it is no guilty.
>> If a child under thirteen years old commits a crime, they are not held legally guilty.

However, I beileve that thriteen years old is too high enough.
>> However, I believe that thirteen years old is too high an age for this limitation.

Limitation should be decreased.
