I try to fix as soon as I discover something wrong. And after my tenents move to other houses, I always examine if there\'s anything that should be fixed and have it fixed quickly. Also I hired those who clean the stairs, the roof top, pocking lot and hallways. Every Friday they come and clean my building and report something wrong.
