Now he is getting well after the treatment of acute cystitis. Ultrasonogram detected his prostate had a hyperplasia. It means the tissues around prostate would interfere the full-voiding, making his bladder not to work well. Maybe this condition was related with the cause of cystitis, combining with taking care of my baby for 2 hours. Anyway, he is well now but has to check regulary his prostate and voiding function because of his old age (72 years old). Actually, before this unfortunate event, he has kept healthy a long time, so I believe he will recover soon.

Hi there again, Dr. David!

This is a very good news. As your father-in-law gets older, there is a greater chance of contacting or developing diseases. Nevertheless, since he has a healthy lifestyle, he will overcome his latest health scare. Maybe this time, he would know when to pause for a bathroom break. ^^

Anyway, your country is still so fortunate to have all the medical check up you need at an affordable cost. I wonder how much did your father-in-law spend for his hospitalization last week.

Below are some suggestions in grammar in terms of word order and correct word form, spelling, and correct choice of preposition. Overall, you did a great job!

See you in class soon

Now he is getting well after the treatment of acute cystitis. Ultrasonogram detected his prostate had a hyperplasia.
>> Correct!
Or: Now he is getting well after the treatment of acute cystitis. The ultrasonogram detected his prostate had a hyperplasia.

>> Anyway, he is well now but has to check regularly his prostate and avoid functions because of his old age (72 years old). Actually, before this unfortunate event, he has kept healthy for a long time, so I believe he will recover soon.
