Have you ever had a situation where you disagreed with an office policy? How did you handle it? In my case, I am usually used to follow the policy, even though I can’t disagree with it. Unless it is criminal situation, I can follow any policy. Because I tend to thinking that everything has the reasonable reasons. However, If someone has a criminal situation, then I might fight to compay in law.
