I could see many Japanese products in Taibei. I heard that someTaiwanese people prefer Japan to China. I was surprised because the country was once a Japanese colony like my country. And on the streets, I could see many motorcycles. Like some Asian countries, motorcycles are their major vehicles. Their food I experienced was similar to Chinese food but I didn't taste strong seasonings such as coriander.

Hi, Gi Yean!
Thank you for sharing what you experienced in Taipei. I also know from some videos that motorcycles are the primary mode of transport because some roads are so narrow that riding a motorcycle is more convenient than driving a car but I was surprised that Japanese products are popular there.
