It’s a good approach to be polite when requesting a change for an incorrect order. And it makes sense to give the restaurant a chance, but not return if the food doesn’t meet your taste.

If I went to go restaurant but it is not taste good, now I eat it but I won’t do again.

- If I went to a restaurant and the food didn’t taste good, I would eat it, but I wouldn’t go there again.

I did order food and if the wrong order came out, I ask “this is not my order. Would you change my food?

- If I ordered food and the wrong order came out, I would say, “This is not my order. Could you please change it?”

Then I eat changed food.

- Then I would eat the corrected order.
