There are many reasons why social media has developed quickly and greatly, but I think the main point is that it has made it easy and quick to consume the content that users want. That's why I don't just watch most of it unless it's cognitive, useful, or must-see content. I'm just putting up with the news and social benefits or things I feel I really need but don't want to see.
