In Korea, there has been a lot of exchanges between neighbors since the past, but nowdays the world has become scary, so there has little exchanges between neighbors. I think the quality of a good neighbor is always smiley face and a pleasant greeting. Because if you smile, I can have a good first impression, and if you greet each other often, I can feel kind. In addition to that, if you have an interest with proper boundaries, I think you have better neighbor qualities.
