There can be some cases of expulsion in our college, just off top of my head.
First, if they commit a crime, they can be expelled out of school because they become a criminal whom the school needs to separate from others.
Second, if they get points under the lowest standard which the school think is bare minimum. if students fail to meet the lowest points in the class, they have to take the responsibility as students.
Lastly, if they lose the purpose to study the college, they dont need to extend their staying the college with lots of tuition. If they dont do anything the school can expel them, it is better for students to leave and go somewhere else they can spend their youth more preciously. Unfortunately, I think there are many college students don't have concrete goals to attend the school or passion to do after graduation. I attribute this unhappy reality to Korean competitive education system where they had grown. I hope we can have system where students can be passionate.
Good day, Yeong!
You know, people are different in every situation they are in. Expulsion is one of the worst punishments a student can get due to violations and no school would like to carry out such harsh punishment. However, without such a policy, the school may fall into chaos.
Thanks for this!
