Would you rather drive your car or use public transportation? Why?

I would use public trasnportaion. Because I don't have a drive license. I will get a drive license in winter vacation. If I get a drive license, I want to buy my car and travel around. It is one of my buket lists. But, I have kept using public transportaiton because there is heavy traffic in Seoul.
