Which is the greater decision-making tool: your heart or your brain?

My brain is the greater decision-making tool than my heart. Whenever I am not sure what I have to do first, I always follow my brain. Because I think my brain is smarter and more practical than my heart, so I believe my brain makes good decision. But when they make opposite decision of something, I feel confused but I also follow my brain decision.
