What are the benefits and drawbacks of always making an effort to fulfill the requests of the people

For benefits that I make an effort to fulfill the requests of the people close to me, I feel comfortable and happy. I believe that I am useful person to them. Therefore I can be more productive and filled. Also the distance between who I care a lot can be more closer. In contrast, there are also drawbacks. When I'm overwhelmed, I feel tired and unhappy to fulfill the requests. I think it's not good to do without voluntarily. That will be uncomfortable to each other. Also if I always fulfill their requests, then sometimes they think it is reasonable and make me not to reject, too.

Hello, Lin! Your insights are thoughtful. It's great that you feel fulfilled and productive when helping those close to you, but it's also important to recognize and manage the drawbacks. Balancing your willingness with your own well-being is key to maintaining positive relationships.
