If I could create a new holiday, I would make holidays in July and November. Because it is no holiday in July and November in Korea. There are many holiday in October. so I would adjust the holiday schedule, if i could.

Because it is no holiday in July and November in Korea.

OR >> Since October has many holidays, I would revise the holiday schedule if given the opportunity.
