HOMEWORK: Do you have any sleeping disorders? >> I don't have any sleeping disorders. But i can't sleep comfortablely. I don't know what happened while i was sleeping, When i wake up, i sore my back and neck. i feel blue becase of sore, i feel bad.

I guess we all have discomforts while sleeping. You can check online how to have a good sleep, there are a lot of suggestions there especially if the cause of your discomfort is not a disorder.
