How do you deal with procrastination?

I always use an application 'to do mate' to schedule my to do list. I split categories to 'schedule', 'what to do today' , 'employment preparation', 'self development', 'mindfulness', 'study', 'social contribution', 'hobby'. So I can remember what I should do and know how long I can procrastinate. I sometimes procrastinate but I don't cross the deadline. However, when I want to postpone it, I use the app like this, but I usually listen to music and make up my mind again. I listen to natural sound asmr, classical music when I do things that I need to focus on, and pop songs or indie music when I do something boring. Even if I do this, if I want to put it off, I just take a short break.
