I sprained my right calf in my early 30s. I used to enjoy skiing in the winter at the time, and one day a man who was going down the ski slope in front of me suddenly turned towards me and I ended up crashing into him. Fortunately, my leg wasn't broken and was only slightly sprained, but it was still very painful and I had to wear a cast on my right leg. I had a cast on my leg for about a month, and it was really uncomfortable when I couldn't shower or go to the bathroom. So my wife and children helped me. Moreover, I was working at a company at the time, and I had a very difficult time for a while because it was uncomfortable to work in the office and I couldn't go on business trips. At that time, I thought that it must be really difficult for disabled people who use wheelchairs to live in this world, and I felt grateful that I was healthy.

Happy Friday, Sun!

That was a painful experience. Good thing you've already recovered from that injury. Always take care of yourself!

I sprained my right calf in my early 30s.
>> Correct.
I used to enjoy skiing in the winter at the time, and one day a man who was going down the ski slope in front of me suddenly turned towards me and I ended up crashing into him.
>> I used to love skiing in the winter, and one day I crashed into a man who was coming down the ski hill in front of me.
Fortunately, my leg wasn't broken and was only slightly sprained, but it was still very painful and I had to wear a cast on my right leg.
>> Thankfully, my right leg was just slightly sprained and not broken, but it was still quite painful, and I had to wear a cast on it.
I had a cast on my leg for about a month, and it was really uncomfortable when I couldn't shower or go to the bathroom.
>> It was quite uncomfortable not being able to take a shower or use the restroom for about a month while I had a cast on my leg.
So my wife and children helped me.
>> My wife and children then helped me alot.
Moreover, I was working at a company at the time, and I had a very difficult time for a while because it was uncomfortable to work in the office and I couldn't go on business trips.
>> Moreover, I was working at the time, and I had a really tough time for a while because I couldn't travel for business and it was painful to work in the office.
At that time, I thought that it must be really difficult for disabled people who use wheelchairs to live in this world, and I felt grateful that I was healthy.
>> I felt thankful for my health at the moment, thinking that it must be quite tough for disabled people to exist in this world and use wheelchairs.
