Thirty years ago, I was playing in a pool diving with my friends. I went out of the pool after diving, and one of my friends pointed at me in a whisper. I asked him again what he had said. I noticed him pointing at my boobs and saying, "Hide!" And I noticed that my bikini top had slipped slightly to the side. I was really embaressed.

Oh. I had the same experience! But that wasn't my most embarrassing moment. I had vocal training with my crush in seventh grade, but my voice cracked when I was at the singing competition and everyone laughed. I was hoping that I'd vanish at that moment. I'm still embarrassed now that I'm just telling it. :D
