I have an experience of having conflict with my friends because of the tendency. Unlike me who needs time alone, my friends want to do everything together. At first I tried to adjust but as it repeated couple of times, I decied to discuss about it. We had long, deep conversation and after the talk, we can respect each other. So I usually have a talk about the issue when I have to handle the conflict.
But if the sincere talk does not work-actually it always worked- I may consider the compromise point that my friends and I can both satisfy.
