It would be perfect to prevent errors, but as a computer engineer, it is almost impossible to do so. I think it would be better to make less errors than to avoid errors. A way to make it less error-prone is to keep checking. Also, double-checking with others is better than solo-checking. If I keep checking, I may find an error that I didn't find at the time, or I may hear an unexpected story from someone else. That's how I can slowly reduce errors.
