If you could create your own street food, what would it be?

I'm not very good at cooking, so I've never thought about making street food.
Recently, I occasionally cook food for my children at home, but since I don't have my own recipes, I mainly watch cooking videos on YouTube and cook accordingly.
In the summer, I usually ride my bike and stop by stalls along the river, so if I were to make street food, I would like ro make something cool and thirst-quenching.
I used to mainly drink Coke and eat instant ramen and hot dogs at the street stall.
If I were to run a stall, I would like to make and serve sikhye, a traditional Korean drink.
Therefore, I will learn how to make sikhye from my mother and make it. Also, I would like to ask my mother and learn and make other refreshing traditional Korean foods.
