Do you think buffets are a good value for the money? Why or why not?

I think the buffets offer a good variety of food in sufficient quantities for the money. I also believe that buffets can satisfy people's diverse tastes with a various kinds of foods. In Korea, buffets are mainly used at events with many people, such as weddings or company dinners. Event organizers seem to choose a buffet to ensure that they can cater to the diverse preferences of many people. However, recently, there is a tendency to no longer use buffets at events attended by a small number of people. They choose restaurants that meet their unique food preferences. These days, when I also eat out with my kids or parents, I rarely go to buffets.

This abundance of food triggers the pleasure centers in our brains, leading us to feel a sense of satisfaction and happiness. Another reason why people love buffets is the sense of value they offer.
