I think everyone needs a breather while working. As for me, going to my second house or traveling is the best way to take a breather. Actually it's difficult for me to take a rest without interrupted while in Seoul. As long as I don't turn off my phone, I always have to answer any calls from my instructors, students ,some parents, or new parents.
