I’m sleepy almost every night and I usually sleep well at night but every once in a while, I was not sleepy for example, when I woke up late in the morning or I wasn’t so tired from staying home all day. Then I have to try to be sleepy. First, I come up with a story that I make myself. That makes me sleepy and I fall asleep soon besides I dream about the story that night. Second, when I’m on my bed my mom gives me sing a sleeping song while she rubs my tummy. That makes me really comfortable, relax and sleepy.
