I went to Nha Trang, Vietnam for my honeymoon. When I was Scuba Diving in sea, I eat a Uni. That was very creamy texture and umami taste. Especilaly, That was really fresh taste. that’s reason is forgotten taste. I think I’ll be able to not eat that much fresh Uni in the future. However, Nha Trang is best place to enjoying trip. So, someday I’ll visit again with my daughter and I’ll eat the Uni.
