HOMEWORK: Do Koreans have superstitious beliefs? Korean people believe in superstitions a lot. I personally believe in many unscientific and religious phenomena and believe in miracles. For example, when we build a building, we intentionally do not mark the fourth floor. Even in elevators and stairs, we use the 'F' alphabet without marking the fourth floor with numbers. The reason is that I think the pronunciation of the number 4 in the Korean pronunciation is ominous because it is the same as the pronunciation of the word for death.

Great day Mr. Lee!
Thank you for doing your homework,
Superstitions can be fascinating because they often reveal cultural beliefs and traditions. From avoiding black cats to lucky numbers, these beliefs can vary widely across different societies. Some find comfort in superstitions, while others see them as irrational. Overall, they show how humans seek patterns and meaning in the world around them, even when those patterns might not have a logical basis.
Have a great day!
Aki~
