How may we overcome laziness when dealing with an important matter?

When I'm working, I think there are times when I can't concentrate well and sometimes I can't concentrate well. Because I've experienced that before. In that case, I briefly call attention to something else. It's because I've been focusing on one thing for so long that I thought laziness or boredom would occur. If you've faced unsolved problems, it is to get out of the important problem and do something else, as if to cool down your head for a while. For example, when dealing with a project's budget issue, if laziness occurs, go for a coffee for a while, or put the budget issue back for a while and think about or deal with other parts of the project. Of course, although the essential problem has not been solved, it will be possible to develop concentration again while evoking something new.

Hello, Yun!
In my opinion, laziness arises from improper task management, as workloads may pile up as a result of procrastination. However, I do agree with you that repeating the same actions makes us feel sluggish, therefore it's important to set objectives, establish a solid routine, and remember not to be too hard on yourself. However, sometimes a person's tendency for laziness is ingrained in them.
