I have never had a cup of espresso because of the misconception of it. I thought that espresso was stronger and more bitter, so it contained more caffeine than other kinds of coffee. But recently I have known an interesting fact that espresso has the least caffeine. I think the reason why some people love espresso is that it has a strong flavor but it is better for health.

Thank you for sharing this interesting fact with me. I also didn't have any idea that espresso contains less caffeine than regular coffee because I immediately assumed it is concentrated due to its bitter taste.
