Eating salad only a time a day is good for way of diet, not every meals.
Thesedays many salad's restaurants are increasing in korea.
I think we have to have enough nutrition from the other 2 meals.
Most of all The lack of nutrition can make my body muscle weak.
So we should ajust the diet from doing exercise better than eating.

Eating salad alone can be healthy as long as it's well-balanced and provides a variety of nutrients. Incorporating a range of ingredients ensures you get a mix of vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients your body need, that's according to Google, but personlaly , I don't eat salad alone hahaa.
