Do you think buffet restaurants are worth their price? Why or why not?

When I was younger, the buffet restaurants was worthy enough. Because I was a heavy eater, I fully enjoyed buffet resturants. However, these days it is not worthy anymore for me. because the quality of food in a buffet is not good, so I don't satisfy.
