I don't agree that the customer is always right.
There are various types of customers, some of whom can be very difficult.
These days, I see news about people putting dirty things into food to avoid paying.
There are problems when a restaurant's host is unkind, but it is also problematic to demand kindness without any consideration.
It is important to act towards others as we would like to be treated, according to Matthew 7:12.
Then, most issues can be resolved, and we can all be happier.

Wonderful job on your homework. I agree! I also think that customers are not always right because, as you've said, some customers are inconsiderate and take advantage of that, not minding if they cause trouble for businesses.
