I think there are no big disadvantages to having diverse options at a restaurant. But I was thinking about several things. First, the food will be displayed for a long time in the air. Secondly, if every food ingredient is good, it will be too expensive, making it of lower quality than other professional restaurants. Finally, it is not easy to adjust the proper quantity because there are lots of delicious foods. Anyway, I think there are more advantages to having a buffet.

However, I also share your concern that the quality of the food might be compromised since they have to provide a large quantity of options. Additionally, having more choices can make it difficult for us to decide, which can lead to overconsumption as we try to sample everything instead of making a choice.
