The situation is very difficulty to resolve the issue.

However, the customer will have the possbility to become our customer.

So, I can kindly explain to why we can't tell our information, not impolitely.
>> So, Ill kindly explain to the caller why I cant release the information hes asking.
And I will tell him regarding stength and competiveness of our company and if you have internest to our company, please contact us.
>> I will divert my call to selling him our company's product and services instead and ask him if he is interested.
Then maybe he change his mind about our company, his behavior.
>> Then, maybe he might change his mind.
Actually, it is very rude behavior for us, but maybe somedays he and I meet in business section.
>> Actually, releasing confidential information is against our company rules, however, we still consider them as potential client someday.
So I think the treament to deal with him
