Last week, I had an apppintment with my co-workers. I went to the restaurant that is selling tripe of beef. In Korea, we eat tripe of beef and pork. We ate grilled beef tripe.

>> I went to a restaurant that sells beef tripe.

In Korea, we eat tripe of beef and pork.
>>  In Korea, we eat both beef and pork tripe. 

We ate grilled beef tripe.
>> CORRECT
or >> We enjoyed grilled beef tripe.
