In managing my academy, I am always cautious about my students' thoughts and feelings for our classes and programs. At times when they are unsatisfied with and complaining about some classes, there is a risk of some students quitting without any quick action. As a kind of precautions,I have regular meetings with the instructors, counseling with some parents, and some improvement on our programs.
