How do you prioritize your physical health in your daily routine? I used to not care of my physical healthy before. I considered that I can be healthy without some caring me. Bcause I could maintain my weight consistantly if I ate some dishes. But now I changed my body and weight. So I modified my mind. At first, I must drink a mixed coffee. Only a cup of coffee, a day. Second, I must not eat as much as bombed my stomache. third, I must go to work out a day of a week. I still strive to keep these promises for me. However, Im sometimes be lazy person and be mad at foods. Dont worry. It do not come the health,But my mind back early.

Second, I must not eat as much as bombed my stomache.
>>Second, I must not eat so much that I feel like my stomach is going to explode.
third, I must go to work out a day of a week.
>>Third, I must work out once a week.
I still strive to keep these promises for me.
