>> They are making the arrangements for the wedding right now. (right now = in the middle of doing it)
3. It made him angry if we arrive late.

>> It can make him angry if we arrive late. (possible to happen)
4. You just make my day by showing up.

>> You just made my day by showing up. (Just = happened only a moment ago/finished)
5. He makes some progress with the article.

>> He has made some progress with the article. ( Has made = finished some part of the article but still not finished until now.)
