I have been working for 32 years, so I have a certain routine in the morning.
I wake up early in the morning around 5 o'clock.
As soon as I wake up, I take a shower, get dressed, eat a light breakfast, and then study English via video with a Filipino English teacher for about 25 minutes.
And I leave my house to go to work around 6:40.
I am satisfied with my morning habits.
However, I want to have a routine of going to bed a little early in the evening.
I think I don't have enough sleep because I usually go to bed around 12 PM and wake up at 5 AM the next day.
So, if possible, I try to get into the habit of sleeping before 11 p.m.
Also, I try to exercise in the morning. I heard that swimming is especially good for the health of those who are getting older.
So, I would like to adjust my work start time and have a swimming routine in the morning.
There are many indoor swimming pools near my house and I can adjust my work schedule, so I will start swimming in the morning soon.
