What’s the difference between over-the-counter medicine and prescribed medicine?

prescribed medicine can know what i have ailment. So this is more exact. But it may not suit me. On the other hand, over-the-counter medicine can choice suit me. And when i don’t meet a doctor, money is more pay not.
