There are much more important things like personality, attitude and so on. But we can't ignore the impact of beauty. Also, I think beauty is not a trait that one person can say it's not important. Because it is decided by others and the importance of it is also decided by others. And many people consider beauty as an important thing. So I think beauty is a little deeper than skin. But I like this statement because it keeps us from overestimating beauty's importance.
