We getting old and next generations should carry on their elders. Birthrate is low than elderly population in South Korea. South Korea has the lowest fertility rate in the world. Elderly people are weak person in society and they need help. But, Younger generation decrease in future. So, That will be a class that is difficult to live without the help of the state. Therefore, The state should expand public welfare for elderly population!
