~ Writing Task: Please answer the question: In your opinion, is your country eco-friendly? In my opinion, my country is not eco-friendly. This is because I think there are many contradictions in my counrty's eco-friendly policies. Many countries had announced that they are do " carbon neutrality" to protect the environment. In other words, many countries said they will reduce carbon, one of the reasons of environment pollution. And my country also join in the this movement. As an example, in my country banned the using of plastic straws, plastic cups, and disposables in the cafa and the restaurant. And, most disposable items such as straws and plastic bags changed to paper material. But, most consumers don't like paper disposable. As we know well, paper is to weak and can't use it when it's wet. Even them, when we make for paper, we have to cut down trees. And according to the science article, when make paper items, more carbon emissions. In the end, the government canceled the law.
