The worst hinder is my age. There is words, a boy is easy to be old, it is very difficult to achieve learning. I have been a software engineer for eighteen years. When I was a fresh man, I was easy to make an algorithm. I could understand new technologies. But now, I can't make an algorithm as fast as before. New technologies are so complicated. So, It isn't easy to understand in short time. That's why. I want to make a team. Working alone has limitation. If I work alone, it is impossible to catch up the rate of technological change. And, I try to keep being healthy.
