What career opportunities are there for the younger generation in your country?

The younger generation has fewer career opportunities than the older generation. When I was a child, Korea had a lot of production plants. Nobody warried about getting a job. The older generation thought that after graduation university school they can enter companies, when they wanted.But now, getting a good job is very hard. When big companies try to hire people who has a good ability. It means if you want to enter a big compnay, you have to improve your skills alot.
