My husband had wanted some land or a house in the countryside and looked for it before we had a second house in Heongseong. Hearing that we wanted to buy some land, one of my seniors,who lives in the countryside, called me and invited me to show some land which belonged to her. She said that there would be a railway station to Seoul near the land,and it would be easier to get a permit for development of housing site. My husband liked it, we purchased it from the senior. But later we realized that we couldn't develop the land into a housing site and there was a someone's grave in it. My senior sold her land of trouble.
