Rest is very important!

I think rest is taking time to reorganize for my tired body and mind. If we had to work over the weekend without taking a break it would only be fine at first and increasingly impoverish. Maintaining life feels that there is happiness and joy in this life and something that makes me get back on my feet even if it's hard and the time that makes me rest is essential. People who only work without taking a break, which they've heard of somewhere, later feel empty when they reach retirement age and have nothing more to do. That's why there's a concept of resting, but I think it's also a time to find something that can move me even when I don't have work.
