My favorite Korean dish is kimchi stew.
I don't know how it was made but I think they make kimchi stew like this.
1.Add about a tablespoon of sesame oil or perilla oil to the earthen pot.
2.Add about a spoonful of kimchi broth and stir-fry.
If the kimchi wilts like this, it means it has been stir-fried a lot.
3.All you have to do is add water and boil gently, so you don't have to do it perfectly during the stir-frying stage.
4.Please add water little by little. If you think the color has become a little light, you can fix it by adding a little red pepper powder.
5.Now all you have to do is boil it thoroughly and you have completed making delicious kimchi stew.
6.Finish by adding onions and peppers.
