I dislike a loud neighbor more. I am sensitive to noise and more vulnerable to noisy situation. I think I can handle with a nosy neighbor.

Having a noisy and loud neighbor has been a source of many unbelievable crimes in the past. There is something about an unnecessary noise that we cannot take at a certain level. So, beware to your loud neighbor. ^^

Anyway, below, my comment is more on the pluralization on the second sentences with 'situation' as well as the omission of 'with' on your last sentences. Study them carefully.
