The impact of separation

I think the impact of separation is so huge that we might sink into sorrow or enjoy the sense of freedom. We often have some trauma related to specific behaviors and clear standards for next partner after experiencing separation. Also, as we can spend full time to ourselves, we try to take care of other relationships and hobbies. In my case, It takes a lot of time to restore normal life because I have a trouble finishing the relationship. Thus, I prefer to maintain a stable relationship by starting carefully rather than repeat several separations.

Hi, Ms. Yu Jin! I completely resonate with your insights on the profound impact of separation. It's fascinating how it can evoke both sorrow and a sense of freedom. I appreciate your acknowledgment of the potential trauma and the development of clear standards for future relationships post-separation. Taking time for self-care and nurturing other relationships and hobbies is indeed crucial. I can relate to the challenges of restoring normalcy after a breakup, and your approach of preferring stable relationships by starting carefully makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
